Early in her career, Courtney worked as a Radiologic Technologist and holds a degree is Radiologic Technology. Courtney has over 16 years’ experience working in the medical field. However, Courtney’s lifelong interest in health and beauty, combined with years of professional medical experience, led her to discover her true passion – empowering and restoring patients’ confidence through skin health and specialized laser treatments. So, 12 years ago Courtney took special interest in medical aesthetics and laser skin treatments. Courtney now holds 14 separate medical laser certifications and has receive advanced training by several renowned cosmetic specialists all over the country. Her dedication to exceptional patient care and results has also earned her recognition in the Community Votes Awards in Wichita Falls. Courtney is certified in medical-grade skin care, noninvasive laser skin treatments (Rosacea, Skin Revitalization, Stretch Mark Reduction, Sun Damage, Brown Spots, Fine Lines and Wrinkles, and Surgical Scars) laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments, and micro-needling.
Because of her dedication and continuing to train and gain experience in the latest laser skin care services, Courtney is recognized as an expert in non- and minimally invasive cosmetic solutions. Courtney offers a patient centered approach to improve the health and wellbeing of her patients while at the same time using her medical knowledge, technical skills, and natural eye for aesthetics to give patients a rejuvenated and natural result following each treatment. Courtney will customize a personal individual treatment plan for each and every patient she sees, based on the patient’s unique skin color, type, age, and the condition the client is trying to resolve.
Courtney believes it is important to create an environment where her clients feel safe, cared for, and supported. Courtney truly wants to get to know each and every one of her clients on a personal level, while sharing knowledge and guidance to navigate what is best for your skin and overall personal health.
When Courtney is away from Pure Glow, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dustin and her two children, Lane, and Allie.
Rebecca brings over 11 years of nursing experience spanning acute care, rehabilitation, PACU, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetics. She is extensively trained and certified in advanced Neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, PRP, PDO threads, and mesotherapy, with years of hands-on injector experience that make her an exceptional addition to our team.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked alongside some of the most respected plastic surgeons in Texas, including Westlake Plastic Surgery in Austin and Vennemeyer Plastic Surgery in Southlake. Her strong clinical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to patient safety allow her to deliver outstanding care and beautiful, natural-looking results.
Known for her compassionate approach and genuine connection with patients, Rebecca is passionate about helping others look and feel their absolute best. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty while boosting confidence and helping patients truly glow from the inside out.
When she’s not caring for patients, Rebecca enjoys designing and remodeling homes with her husband, Cliff. She also cherishes spending quality time with her husband, family, and loved ones.
